How it works
Count the working days between two dates. Saturdays and Sundays are always excluded, and you can also skip the 11 US federal holidays, which are calculated by rule for every year (for example, Thanksgiving is the fourth Thursday in November).
When a fixed-date holiday falls on a Saturday it is observed on the Friday before; when it falls on a Sunday it is observed on the following Monday. Those observed weekdays are the ones excluded.
By default both the start and end dates are counted. Switch off "Count the end date" to measure the working days from one date up to, but not including, the other.
Formula
Business days = calendar days − weekend days − weekday holidays
